Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestam Scheme in Andhra Pradesh 2018 (Unemployment Allowance Pension Scheme) "Chief Minister Youth" Eligibility Age Criteria, Application Form Process. State government of Andhra Pradesh is on a scheme launching spree. All these projects are focused on bringing about overall development of people bring in the region. Among other schemes; one in particular is for the betterment of youngsters who are still looking for a job. Unemployment creates depression that takes a negative toll on the human mind. To eliminate this and to encourage such candidates, AP government has launched Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestam Yojana. It will offer applicants vhith a monthly unemployment grant.

Cabinet Committee of Andhra Pradesh has decided to roll-out a new scheme named AP Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestam – Unemployment Pension Scheme. Under this welfare scheme, all the unemployed youths in the state will get Rs. 1000. A new platform will be launched and this platform will also link to Skill Development. Around 12.26 lakh jobless candidates will get benefited from this unemployment dole.

Key features of the scheme

1. Development of employment opportunities — To reduce the menace of unemployment in the state, this is yet another innovative step, taken by the state government. This financial help is not much, but will encourage unemployed people to search for jobs or get better with training.

2. Financial support for eligible applicants — Each selected applicant will receive only Rs. woo from the Andhra Pradesh government.

3. Frequency of payment — The unemployment pension will be offered to youngsters on a monthly basis.

4. Total number of beneficiaries — It has been estimated that after the implementation of this scheme, around 12.26 lakh jobless youth of the state will receive this financial assistance from the authority.

5. Skill development training — All registered candidates will stand a chance to receive skill upgraded training. These training workshops will be organized by state government.

6. Registration site — All registrations will take place online. For this, applicant will have to the portal that will be launched by the Andhra Pradesh government very soon.

7. On-site training — Apart from pre-job training, state government will make necessary arrangements to offer on-site of on-job training as well. This will provide applicants the chance of upgrading their skills and capabilities after joining the industry.

8. Money in bank account — There will not be any manual transfer of funds. All selected applicants must have bank accounts, as the grant amount will be transferred to their respective bank accounts. Account details of applicants will be uploaded on the scheme database. Then funds will be transferred within 15 days.

Eligibility and documents necessary for application

1. Residence related criterion — There are no extra points for guessing that only legal and permanent residents of this state be allowed to get the perks of this scheme. Thus, submitting necessary residential details is also a must.

2. Age related criterion — It has been mentioned in the scheme details that only those candidates will be able to take part in this scheme, which fall in the age brackets of 22 and 35 years. Thus, submitting age proof is also a must.

3. For unemployed applicants only — As the scheme has been designed for unemployed or jobless applicants, enrolling candidates have to offer necessary certificates to support their claims.

4. Opportunity according to qualification — The applicants must also submit their educational qualification documents. When the state government trains them and offer placement in future, these applicants will get jobs as per their education and capabilities.

5. Not for PF holder — If any unemployed youth has a Provident Fund account, then he/she will not be allowed to get unemployment pension from AP government.

6. Identification details — All applicants have to provide documents, which offer necessary information about their name, address, age and contact details etc. For that, submitting the photocopy of their Aadhar card is a must. Voter card and PAN card will also come in handy.

7. Bank account details — As every candidate will receive the grant money in their bank account, thus, it is mandatory for these candidates to possess active bank accounts. To offer bank account details, applicants must submit the photocopy iscanned copy of the first page of the bank account passbook.

Application form and application process

Though nothing has been dearly mentioned about the actual registration process, it has been made clear that the entire enrollment process will be done online. The state IT department is worldng on perfecting a separate online portal for this scheme. Estimates say that this portal will be launched this august itself. Once the site is finalized. respective authority will offer a detailed description of registration process as well.

Only creating job opportunities will not be enough. Apart from offer financial assistance, this scheme will also offer training. This training will ensure that candidates can attain knowledge about the field and work with success. Schemes like these will help youngsters of the state to pursue their occupational dreams.

ఏపీ కేబినెట్ కీలక నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకుంది. కేబినెట్ భేటీలో పలు కీలక నిర్ణయాలు ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. ఈ భేటీలో ఏపీలోని నిరుద్యోగులకు నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఇవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ‘ముఖ్యమంత్రి యువనేస్తం’ పేరుతో నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఇవ్వాలని కేబినెట్ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది.

ఏపీలో నిరుద్యోగ భృతిపై కీలక ప్రకటన

అమరావతి: నిరుద్యోగ భృతి అమలుపై ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కీలక ప్రకటన చేసింది. నెలకు రూ.వెయ్యి చొప్పున నిరుద్యోగ భృతి చెల్లించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ రోజు సచివాలయంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు అధ్యక్షతన దాదాపు 3గంటల నుంచి మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశంలో ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్టు మంత్రి నారా లోకేశ్‌ మీడియాకు వెల్లడించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో సుమారు 10లక్షల మంది యువతకు నిరుద్యోగ భృతి చెల్లించాలని నిర్ణయించినట్టు ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఈ భృతి చెల్లింపునకు కనీస అర్హతను డిగ్రీ లేదా డిప్లొమాగా పరిగణించాలని అనుకున్నామన్నారు. దీనిపై మంత్రివర్గ ఉపసంఘం ఏర్పాటు చేశామని, 12 దేశాల్లో అధ్యయనం చేశామని అన్నారు. మన దేశంలో కూడా 10 రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఈ నిరుద్యోగ భృతి చెల్లించే కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టి విఫలమయ్యారని తెలిపారు. కొన్ని రాష్ట్రాల్లో రెండేళ్లలోనే నిలిపేస్తే.. కొందరు ఆర్నెళ్లలోనే ఆపేశారన్నారు. అయితే, శాచ్యురేషన్‌ మోడల్‌లో ఈ పథకాన్ని అమలుచేసే తొలి రాష్ట్రం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశేనని లోకేశ్‌ చెప్పారు. ఈ రోజు మంత్రివర్గంలో దీనిపై కొన్ని విధివిధానాలు రూపొందించినట్టు తెలిపారు. వీటిపై ప్రజల అభిప్రాయాలు తెలుసుకున్నాకవారి స్పందనను బట్టి మార్పులు చేర్పులు చేసి మరోసారి కేబినెట్‌లో చర్చించి అమలుచేసే తేదీని ప్రకటిస్తామని చెప్పారు

విధివిధానాల్లో ముఖ్యమైనవి కొన్ని..

* దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొనేవారు బీపీఎల్‌ కుటుంబానికి చెందినవారై ఉండాలి, తెల్ల రేషన్‌ కార్డు కల్గి ఉండాలి.

* 22 నుంచి 35 ఏళ్ల వయస్సు కల్గినవారే అర్హులు.

* డిగ్రీ లేదా డిప్లొమా చదివి ఉండాలి

* నేరుగా బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో ఈ మొత్తం జమచేస్తారు ( బయోమెట్రిక్‌ పద్ధతి ద్వారా)

* నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు శిక్షణ, నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమం అందుకు అదనంగా చేస్తాం.

అర్హులకు ప్రతి నెలా మొదటి వారంలో బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో భృతి జమయ్యేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నారు.

దరఖాస్తు చేయడం ఎలా

ఈ నెల 1,2 వారాల్లో ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేకంగా వెబ్ సైట్ ప్రారంభిస్తుంది. ప్రజాసాధికార సర్వేలో నమోదైన వారంతా ఆన్ లైన్లో తమ పేర్లు నమోదు చేసుకోవచ్చు ఎప్పుడైనా నమోదు చేసుకునే వెసులుబాటు పథకం ప్రారంభించే నాటికి వయసు తక్కువ ఉన్న యువత 21 ఏళ్లకు చేరాక ఆన్ లైన్ లో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.

ఆన్ లైన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నమోదుకు తుది గడువు విధించలేదు.

పీఎఫ్ ఉంటే అనర్తులే ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేట్ సంస్థల్లో పని చేస్తూ ప్రావిడెంట్ ఫండ్ (PF) ప్రతి నెలా చెల్లిసున్న వారంతా నిరుద్యోగ భృతికి అనర్హులు.

అర్హులు, అనర్హలా వెంటనే తెలిపే విధానం ఆన్ లైన్లో పేర్లు నమోదు చేసిన వెంటనే నిరుద్యోగ భృతి తీసుకోవడానికి అర్హులా? అనర్హలా? అనేది తెలిసిపోతుంది. 50 వేలకు మించి సబ్సిడీ తీసుకుంటే వర్తించదు వివిధ సంక్షేమ పథకాల కింద ప్రభుత్వం తరపున రూ. 50 వేలకు మించి సబ్సిడీ తీసుకున్న వారంతా నిరుద్యోగ భృతికి అనర్హులు

Mukhya mantri Yuva nestham Eligibility Criteria (పథకానికి అర్హతలు) పథకానికి అర్హతలు :

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ రాష్ట్రానికి చెందిన నిరుద్యోగులై ఉండాలి. కనీస విద్యార్హత డిగ్రీ లేదా డిప్లొమా పూర్తిచేసి ఉండా లి. 22- 35 ఏళ్ల మధ్య వయసు కలిగి న వారు అర్హులు. పేదరికానికి దిగువనున్న కుటుంబంలో ఎంతమందినైనా అర్హులుగా ప్రకటిస్తారు.నాలుగు చక్రా ల వాహనం తరహాలో ఆ వ్యక్తి పేరిట వాహనాలు ఉంటే అనర్హులుగా ప్రకటిస్తారు. 2.50 ఎకరాల మాగాణి లేదా 5ఎకరాల మెట్ట భూమి కలిగి ఉన్నవా రు అనర్హులు. గతంలో కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల నుంచి రూ. 50 వేలకుపై గా సబ్సిడీ రుణం పొందిన అభ్యర్థులెవరైనా అనర్హులే. పబ్లిక్‌ సెక్టార్‌లో గవర్నమెంట్‌ లేదా స్వయం ఉద్యోగం కలిగిన వారు, అనియత విద్య పొందిన వారు, ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగం నుంచి తొలగించబడిన వారు, ఏ విధమైన క్రిమినల్‌ కేసులు కలిగింటే వారు కూడా ఈ పథకానికి అనర్హులుగా ప్రకటిస్తారు.

• Name,

• Address,

• Qualifications,

• AADHAAR Number and

• Mobile Number

3. An OTP will be sent to Registered Mobile Number

4. Enter the OTP and Complete the Application form
